I'm Aleisha, the founder and Baker of Make Me Crumble based in Smyrna, Georgia.
With a love for creating & a passion for pastries, I wanted to create something that felt true to me.
It all started in my favorite persons kitchen, Mama Coco. We spent countless hours in the kitchen together creating & experimenting. With her passing, I knew I needed to carry the torch.
With a Culinary Degree & a Business Degree under my belt, the world became clearer as to what creative route I was going for.
Make Me Crumble was launched in 2025 and I'm here to stay. To serve my community with the flavors and skills I grew up loving, it is a joy I wish I could put in to words.
It’s a legacy shaped by the love, memory, & quiet artistry of Mama Coco’s kitchen. Who taught me to cook with my heart, trust my hands, and treat food as an art form to connect with people. Those early moments with her, became the foundation of everything I create today.
Baking with Mama Coco on my free time, was something I looked forward to. Learning from her, helping her with whatever she was making that day, and spending time with the one person in the world I felt the most unconditional adoration from. This passion burned so bright in me, it led me to selling baked goods throughout high school. Giving me the name as “The Brownie Girl” to anyone who knew me. I was enjoying it so much that pursuing a culinary degree wasn't a hard choice to make! I simply hoped to carry her legacy and make her proud.
The loss of Mama Coco was something that rocked my world entirely. My time in the kitchen took a pause, leaving me lost, confused, and in search of filling a void I felt only SHE could fill. But I just knew I had to keep her memory alive in the only way I knew how.
After everything I’ve learned & rediscovered, I chose to return to what brings me true joy. Which is continuing Mama Coco’s legacy. And that’s how “Make Me Crumble” came to life. Because life is too short to be regular… Be extra always! Extra in your joy, your love, and especially in your sweets. Because every bite is a reminder that the smallest moments can still be beautifully sweet.
